Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and big2win ("Platform", "we", "company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the big2win platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are asked not to use the big2win platform. Continued use after amendments have been made to these Terms is considered acceptance of the updated version.

User Eligibility

Use of the big2win platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be fully met without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Not be subject to any court order restricting the ability to enter into legally binding agreements.
• Online gambling is not specifically prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not included on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform currently in force.
• Register and play using your own real identity, not on behalf of another person.

big2win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be terminated immediately and all related balances will be held pending completion of an investigation.

Account Registration

3.1 Account Information

When registering a big2win account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Required information includes your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad or passport), an active email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. big2win reserves the right to verify all this information at any time.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at big2win. This includes accounts registered using the same or different information, on the same or different devices. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. big2win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our 24/7 support team immediately.

Deposits and Payments

big2win supports a range of payment methods to make it easy for Malaysian users to deposit safely and quickly. Accepted methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per payment method is RM10. All deposits are processed using encryption technology that meets industry standards and big2win does not charge any processing fee on deposits.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the registered user themselves. Use of a third-party account to make deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• The wagering requirements for any bonus received must be fully met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• The recipient name on the payment method must match the name of the registered big2win account holder.
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require an additional review process for the security of your account.

5.2 Delays and Suspension

big2win reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if additional security checks are required. Users will be informed via email or live chat in such cases. All withdrawal-related issues can be resolved through our 24/7 customer support.

Bonuses and Promotions

big2win offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and usage time limits. The terms applicable to each promotion are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings obtained from that bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 VIP Programme

Active members are eligible to join the big2win VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6.3 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through opposing bets, use of multiple accounts, or other methods considered to be "bonus abuse" is strictly prohibited. big2win reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close the accounts involved without compensation.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the big2win platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirming any wager or spin.

In cases where a technical error occurs and causes a bet to be recorded inaccurately, big2win reserves the right to cancel or adjust that bet at its discretion. Users will be informed of any changes through their account.

KYC Verification

As a platform that complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, big2win reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal for the first time or when there is activity that requires review.

Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of current address (not more than three months old), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. All documents are submitted through secure and protected channels.

Refusal to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in a temporary freeze or permanent closure of the account at big2win's discretion.

Account Closure

9.1 Closure by User

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting big2win customer support via live chat or email. Any eligible balance will be returned to the user once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and the KYC process is completed.

9.2 Closure by big2win

big2win reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or providing false information during registration.

Limitation of Liability

big2win is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses that may be experienced by users as a result of using this platform. This includes but is not limited to financial losses arising from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond big2win's control.

In all circumstances, big2win's maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Data Protection

big2win respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal data collected during registration and use of the platform. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with big2win's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on our Privacy Policy page.

big2win uses appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or unintended disclosure. User data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the user's consent.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which big2win operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration procedures, unless stricter local laws apply in the user's country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, that provision shall be considered severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
